IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME​

Let's identify the root cause of your IBS, to improve your symptoms for good. Known as a ‘functional disorder’, IBS often has no obvious anatomical or biochemical cause. Therefore, the root cause can be difficult to unravel alone. Together, we will assess your overall gut health, identify food triggers, and resolve digestive imbalance.

STRESS - SLEEP - ANXIETY

Stuck in a state of fight & flight? I will help guide you back to rest & digest. In a fast-paced, work-driven, and tech-focused world stress is common, and often chronic. It has a profound impact on the nervous system, but adopting a few simple nutrition/lifestyle tweaks can rebalance your hormones, boost your mood and improve sleep quality.

SKIN HEALTH

Skin issues are more than skin deep, the key is to work from the inside out. Our skin can have a huge effect on our confidence. Cunning marketing targets this with the latest 'miracle cure', but the skin is often a reflection of deeper internal issues, rather than the health of the skin itself. I seek to identify the underlying cause to improve your skin and your confidence.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
 
Let's untangle diet myths together, and leave behind crash diets for good. Navigating the world of weight-loss can be extremely confusing and very frustrating. I will help you to find a way of eating that is sustainable and focuses on long-term improvement to your metabolic health. No dull diets, no calorie counting, no eradication of whole food groups.

INTRODUCTION CALL

Book your FREE Introduction Call (15 mins). 
I will properly introduce myself, outline my services in more detail and advise which nutrition package will be best suited to you. If you are keen to get the ball rolling we will book your Initial Consultation.

PRE-CONSULTATION

I will send you a link to an electronic health questionnaire and a 7-day food diary.
This will need to be completed and returned 72 hours prior to your Initial Consultation.

CONSULTATION

Consultations take place via Zoom.
We will discuss the specifics of your health questionnaire & food diary, ascertain your health goals and assess contributing lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress levels, and exercise. 

POST-CONSULTATION

Your personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle plan will be delivered to you within 5 working days, ready for you to begin implementing some positive changes!
 

FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION
 
We will assess your progress and revise your plan if needed, for long-term success. ​
